1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Opened or used beauty tools, skincare devices, or personal care items.

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

Gift cards, downloadable products, or customized items.

Please check your product carefully before opening to ensure it’s correct.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs), depending on the situation.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
